Archer Hotel New York, New York

It was my first time going to this hotel. Checking in was an easy process once I got there from the airport. The room was really clean and updated. A little on the smaller side; but I knew it before booking, and I was fine with it! I loved the matching slippers provided. I expected a better empire view from the room window though. I was just glad I could see the building! :) The lobby had a complimentary water stand with lemon cucumber water and regular water. It was really refreshing! I stopped by multiple times. The bed was extra comfy. I had a great sleep from it. The shower was modern and very clean. We weren't able to sit out on the rooftop like we had planned (maybe they were done cleaning for the night). We had to sit inside to drink the mocktails, but I still really enjoyed my time overall.

The hotel is very well located, we were able to walk to most of the locations. Rooms are rather small, but well though out with lot of storage space Staff is very nice, especially restaurant, bar and reception. Cleaning is mediocre, depends on the staff actually. Happy hour in the resto and rooftop bar are a plus

My lifelong friend and I traveled from NB, Canada to NYC for the first time to see Bon Jovi at MSG. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were amazing! They allowed us early check in and were so kind, welcoming and very attentive the whole time we were there! We ate twice at the restaurant which was delicious and enjoyed the Spyglass rooftop bar. Our room view of the Empire State building was beautiful! We were so pleased with our short stay and would definitely come back and recommend as well. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Archer Hotel!

This is one of the best hotels our family has ever stayed at. Tracie at the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-in, despite our early arrival. She took the time to suggest different room options and was amazing, pleasant, patient, and professional throughout the process. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel's location was another major highlight, with many of the places we wanted to visit within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return the next time we visit New York. Highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing. So clean. So friendly. Awesome central location to everything we wanted to see in NYC. Lots of great food and coffee options nearby and amazing cocktails at the hotel bar! Johnathan greeted us and helped w our bags - gave such a welcoming start to our stay with his warm smile! The staff continued to be amazing - just so attentive and went above and beyond. For those who want a haven amidst the bustling city, this is it!
