Your business workspace, knowledge and customer records are access-controlled. Only reviewed, publication-approved directory records are public; private imports and workspace knowledge remain access-controlled.

AI processing

When you generate an AI draft, approved business knowledge and your submitted brief are sent to the configured AI provider. Customer records are not automatically included in draft generation. Do not submit credentials or information you lack permission to process.

Connected tools

Supported integrations process information required for the actions you authorize. Review access, data and provider requirements before activating a connection. Marketing permission is separate from an enquiry or business relationship.

Sessions and operational records

Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Account activity and operational changes are recorded for security and administration. This overview describes current behavior; operator contact details, retention arrangements and a full privacy policy must be finalized before a commercial launch.
